2. Subscription Refunds

  • All PulseQR subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed in advance.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused features, or periods when your account is open but not used.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • In exceptional circumstances (such as proven technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the service), please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund.

3. One-Time Purchases

  • Fees for one-time purchases (such as custom QR code designs or special features) are non-refundable unless the product or service is not delivered as described.
